Excellent communication and fast shipping. Arrived in a nice gift box in an organized format ready to build. Perfect gift for my adult son, who happens to be a soccer player & coach who grew up with Lego creations. He loved it and now has a nice replica of his favorite stadium for his desk. Item is a Father’s Day gift (hasn’t been opened yet), so I can’t yet comment on the quality, etc. But it seemed to be shipped promptly & delivered quickly, in my opinion (using regular shipping option). Both ordered items delivered in same shipping box: Inside that box, the “Bell Tower” set was packed in its own sturdy, plain, unsealed, cardboard storage box (along with a separate identifying card); however, the stadium set was packed in a nice, sturdy, opaque, plastic, (I think resealable?) bag which looks presentable and nice, but I kind of wish it was packed in a separate cardboard box like the other one (for storage purposes), and/or that it’s storage bag had the name of the set printed on it somewhere, even if just discreetly. Based on experience so far, I would use this seller again. Will try to update &send photos later.
